1. Returns (30-Day Worry-Free Guarantee)

Accepted:

  • Unused/unworn items with original tags

  • Defective/damaged products (we cover return shipping)

  • Wrong items shipped (our mistake)

Not Accepted:

  • Used items


2. How to Return

Step 1: Email us at contact@aurakco.com within 30 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue (for damaged items)

Step 2: We’ll send you either:

  • A prepaid return label (if eligible), or

  • Instructions for local donation (receive store credit + support our community initiative)


3. Refunds

Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
💳 Refund method: Original payment method (Cash on Delivery → store credit)

Special cases:

  • Missing parts? We’ll ship replacements for free.

  • Don’t want to return? Keep the item and get 50% store credit.


4. Exchanges

Customer responsibility:

  • Return shipping cost: sending the original product back

  • Delivery cost: receiving the replacement

Our support:

  • 20% discount on new product shipping fee

  • Guidance on affordable shipping options

Exceptions (we cover costs):

  • Within 30-day warranty period

  • Our error (wrong item or defective product)
